Refund policy
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns within 10 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit. NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD refunds. Return shipping cost is your responsibility.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- Any reduced-price items or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned (including grab bag items).
- Pre-Orders are final sale.
- Body Suits are final sale.
- Bralettes are final sale.
- Accessories are final sale.
- Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
SHOE RETURNS:
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box.
- If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept a return.
